About us

In 1996 ProviNord A/S was turned into a holding company for the activities and companies personally owned by Erik Bang Christensen.

The activities of ProviNord, sole owner or part owner of companies primarily concerned with trade and distribution, are to provide administrative and commercial assistance to the associated companies.

The commercial activities are handled by Alsiano A/S and Grathwol A/S. Other companies are Functional Foods ApS and the companies ProviNord Ejendomme A/S and Glosemosevej 20 ApS concerned with real property investments.
